Adobo Butter
This is one hot piece of butter but it's sooo tasty I use it on fish, grilled or sauteed seafood and even steak, but the recipe is small enough so as not to be wasteful. As always if you want it hotter you know what to do.
Ingredients
60mls Butter
15mls Garlic, minced
1 abodo pepper minced
15mls lime juice
pinch of black pepper
Directions
you can do a few things with this recipe you can sauté seafood; add all of the ingrdients in a skillet and cook your prawns right in it
Use it as a dipping sauce for your grilled seafood, just all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat to melt and combine
personal favorite; blend all of the ingredients together in a small bowl, place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log and refrigerate it, when hard unwrap and slice into medallions and use as a garnish on grilled fish or a juicy steak. Note: omit the lime juice if it's for beef
