Chicken Tacos
Quick, easy and healthy that’s how mealtime should be. If you can heat up a skillet and chop up a few vegetables then you can turn this dish out for the family or friends in about 30 minutes or less. These are great for when the guys come over for the game or the kids want to have their friends over.
Directions
Sprinkle Foghorn Chicken Rub on both sides of the meat and place in a hot cast iron skillet and cook till done, turning once, remove and set aside. While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop your vegetables. Heat up your tortillas, if you are using flour tortillas then just separate, place in foil and heat in the oven. If you are using corn tortillas then it is best if you heat them in a skillet and then place them in foil to keep warm. While the tortillas are heating slice the cooked chicken lengthwise and retain the juices. There might have some leftovers that you can heat up the next day and the juice will come in handy then.
Put everything on the table and let everyone build their own, and don’t tell them how healthy it is for them. They won’t believe you anyways
