Chipotle Lime Prawns
Just one more hot and spicy prawn dish to get you started
Ingredients
Marinade
3 chopped chipotle peppers and adobo sauce
30 mls garlic puree
15 mls sugar
2 limes, juiced
250 mls pineapple juice
1 pinch sea salt or Kosher salt
puree all ingredients together and place in squeeze bottle
PRAWN DISH
15mls butter
15 mls marinade
12 prawns
Directions
In a small pan melt butter, add prawns and cook, remove prawns and plate add a bit more marinade and reduce, pour on top of prawns garnish with lime wedge
