Seafood Wedge

This salad is great as a starter or an entire meal.  As a meal serve with a piece of salmon or halibut or your local favorite fish accompanied by warmed veg like sauteed mushrooms or grilled peppers and zuchini

Ingredients

 

iceberg lettuce cut into wedges and cored
your favorite cooked seafood; shrimp, crab, smoked salmon
Diced tomato or halve cherry tomatoes
Diced red onion
Green goddess dressing

 

Directions

place lettuce wedges on plate top with dressing thern seafood and garnish with tomato and onion

you can substitute the Green Goddess dressing for Blue cheese dressing or your favorite
