Wasabi Ginger Seafood Salad

This is another great salad that you can have as a starter or an entire meal, try adding a warmed piece of fish and cooled grilled peppers

Ingredients

 

Your favourite cooked seafood: shrimp, crab, smoked salmon
Blanched beans
Cherry tomatoes, split
Mixed greens
Wasabi ginger vinaigrette

Directions

toss greens with dressing and either place in one big bowl or set up in individual plates, top with seafood and veg
