Wasabi Ginger Vinaigrette
This is the recipe for the salad dressing on the Wasabi Ginger Seafood Salad. Make up a batch and try it on or in other dishes and let us know howq it was. This is also great with blue rare Ahi tuna.
Ingredients
2 tblsp Wassabi Paste
1 tblsp Liquid Honey
1/4 cups Rice Vinegar
3/4 cups Canola Oil
3/4 cups Olive Oil
1 tblsp Ginger Flavouring - found in gormet grocery stores
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
add all ingredients to blender except oil and puree, add oil slowly while motor is on to emulsify
